Appointments
We know you have many choices when choosing a Dentist in Avon Lake, OH so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our website. Please use the appropriate link to email the staff or call the office so that we may set up your dental appointment.
If, for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, please give us at least 48 hours notice to reschedule. If you will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible.
Insurance and Billing
We accept most traditional insurance plans, contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. Avon Lake Family Dental Care does not participate in Health Management Organizations; however, we will be happy to file your insurance claims for you. We accept checks, cash, or credit cards. We also offer a flexible payment plan. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dentist.

We will submit to any insurance carrier, however, we are not a preferred provider for any dental plans: If ever in doubt, it is best to call our friendly staff so that they may assist in answering any questions you may have regarding your insurance.
